1. Technical Regulations for Maintenance Safety of Drainage Pipeline Pipeline Inspection and Maintenance Safety
1.1 When carrying out maintenance operations in areas with large traffic flow, special personnel should be assigned to maintain the traffic order on site and coordinate the safe passage of vehicles.
1.2 When temporary road occupancy maintenance operation, the protective fence should be placed in front of the heading direction of the maintenance operation area. In general, the distance between the guardrail and the maintenance area should be more than 5m, and the road cones should be set on both sides. The road cones should be connected by connecting chains or warning belts, and the distance should not be more than 5m.
1.3 On the expressway, it is advisable to use the method of mechanical maintenance. In addition to setting protective fences, safety warning signs should also be set at the heading direction of the working site not less than 100m.
1.4 When the well cover is opened at the maintenance site, someone must monitor the well or set up obvious protective fences and warning signs around the well cover.
1.5 When sludge container and transport vehicle are parked on the road, safety signs should be set up, warning lights should be set up at night, and the site should be evacuated in time after clearing the site.
1.6 In addition to working vehicles and personnel, measures should be taken to prevent other vehicles and pedestrians from entering the working area.
2. Opening and closing well covers
2.1 Special tools should be used to open and close well covers, and direct manual operation is strictly prohibited.
2.2 After opening the well cover, it should be placed firmly in the direction of oncoming traffic, and no station personnel should be allowed on the well cover.
2.3 When opening the pressure well cover, corresponding explosion-proof measures should be taken.
3. Pipeline Inspection
3.1 When inspecting the internal condition of pipeline, CCTV inspection, sonar inspection and portable periscope inspection should be adopted.
3.2 Pipeline with diving inspection shall not be less than 1.2m in diameter and 0.5m/s in flow velocity.
3.3 Units and divers engaged in diving operations must have corresponding special operation qualification.
